Privacy Policy

Tenet AI ("the Service") handles your personal data with care and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. Effective: September 2, 2026

1. Data we collect

• Account: your email address; with Google sign-in, your Google account email and profile name.
• What you enter: business description or website URL, brand analysis results, display name, seal initials, team and persona names.
• Conversations: messages exchanged with AI teams and personas.
• Billing: subscription status and billing period. Card details are held by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy); we never store them.

2. Why we use it

• Sign-in and account management
• Generating AI responses and keeping your chat history
• Tailoring answers to your brand
• Checking subscription status and processing payments
• Responding to support requests

3. Retention

Deleted promptly when you delete your account or ask us to. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period.

4. Processors

We use the following providers to run the Service:

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Anthropic: AI response generation (your conversations and brand information are sent)
• Vercel: web hosting
• Lemon Squeezy: payments

We do not share personal data with any other third party except where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time. Conversations and brand information can be edited directly in Settings and on the Brand page. To delete your account, email soun0950@gmail.com.

6. Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level access control in the database, and least-privilege access.
