Terms of Service

Effective: September 2, 2026

1. The Service

Tenet AI is an AI staff-team service for solo founders. Role-specific AIs (marketing, planning, sales, customer support, and more) answer based on the business and brand information you provide.

2. Accounts

• Sign up with an email address or a Google account.
• Your account is for your own use, and you are responsible for keeping it secure.

3. Fees

• Free: up to 5 messages per day.
• Pro: $15 per month or $150 per year for unlimited messages.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Limits of AI answers

• AI answers are for reference only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
• For legal, tax, investment, or other professional matters, consult a qualified professional.
• You are responsible for any outcome of using the answers.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the Service to infringe others' rights or break the law
• Interfering with normal operation (for example, automated bulk requests)
• Transferring or lending your account

We may restrict access without prior notice for violations.

6. Content

• You own what you enter and the AI answers you receive.
• We process that content only as needed to generate answers and improve quality.

7. Changes and termination

• We may change these terms or the Service. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting account deletion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the competent court under Korean civil procedure law.
